1. Grape Fruit + Yogurt (Help to lose weight) 

1/2 grape fruit + Plain yogurt help lose the fat from the body, keep drinking can help lose the weight.

 

2. Kiwi + snow pear + water

1 kiwi + 1/2 snow pear + water

kiwi is rich in Vitamin C, Snow pear clearing decrease internal heat. Suitable for digestion after greasy food.

 

3. Apple + Orange + Water

cut apple and orange into small pieces and put some water inside of the HiBlender, then Blend it.  

 

4. Strawberry + Blueberry (or mix berry) + water

Cut some strawberries into small pieces,and put into the blender with some blueberries, put some water into the Hiblender, then blend it.

5. Dragon Fruit + Honeydew + water

Cut the dragon fruit and honeydew into small pieces and put them into the HiBlender with water.
